Four things we do not compromise on.

Your laundry is washed on its own
We never combine two customers' laundry into one machine. It is slower and it is more expensive to run that way. It is also the only reason we can find a missing sock instead of shrugging about it.

Your preferences are on file
Fragrance-free, cold wash, hang-dry the athletic gear, no softener on the towels. Tell us once. You should not have to repeat a medical reason for fragrance-free detergent every week.

We tell you before we charge you
Weighed at pickup, total texted to you, payment after you have seen it. If the number is higher than your estimate you hear about it before we wash anything, not on a card statement afterwards.

We say when we get it wrong
Running late, missed a window, damaged something — you hear it from us first. A service built on people trusting you with their property cannot afford to be cagey when something goes sideways.
Insured & accountable
The boring paperwork that matters.
