Book a pickup

Tell us what needs washing.

About two minutes, no account needed — and nothing is charged to a card today.

Step 1 of 6

Service area

Step one

First — do we come to you?

We run a fixed route, so the honest answer is either yes or not yet. Either way it takes one number to find out.

Enter a 5-digit ZIP code.
Step two

What needs washing?

A rough answer is fine. We weigh everything at pickup, and your estimate updates as you go — but the number that matters is the one after weighing.

01 Service
02 Roughly how much? We weigh it properly at pickup

Nobody can guess laundry weight, so these are described in things you own rather than in pounds. Pick the closest — being wrong costs you nothing.

03 Anything special? Optional
04 How often?

Choosing a repeating slot books your first pickup now — we will call to set the standing schedule up with you before the second one.

Step three

Where are we collecting from?

The more you tell us here, the less likely we are to call you from outside a locked gate.

01 Address
We need a street address to collect from.
City & ZIP

Set by your area check.

02 How should we collect it?
03 Access details All optional, all useful
04 When would you like it back?
Step four

How do we reach you?

We use your phone for pickup updates and the weighed total, and nothing else. No account to create.

Please tell us your name.
We need a number to text you on pickup day.
Enter a valid email address.
Step five

Does this look right?

Change anything before you commit. Nothing has been booked yet.

How payment works Laundry is priced by weight, and we do not know the weight until we have it. So nothing is charged today. We weigh your load at pickup, text you the real total, and take payment after you have seen it — card, or in person on delivery. If the total comes out higher than the estimate, we tell you before we start.
Last step

Pick your pickup window.

Two-hour windows rather than exact times. We are driving a route, and a window we can keep is worth more to you than a time we cannot.
