1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Breezy Convenience ("we", "us", "our"), a mobile laundry service. They apply whenever you use this website, book a laundry collection, or buy a product from our store.

By booking a collection or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not book.

2. The service we provide

We collect laundry from an address you nominate, clean it at our own facility, and return it to the same address or another address you specify. We are a mobile service: we do not operate premises that customers visit.

We serve a defined geographic area, published on our service area page and subject to change. We may decline or cancel a booking outside that area.

3. Booking

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us, not when you submit the form. We may decline a booking — for capacity, coverage, or because the request falls outside what we can safely handle.

Collection and delivery times are given as windows, not appointments. We aim to arrive inside your window and will contact you if we cannot.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and access information you give us. Where a collection fails because that information was wrong or incomplete, our cancellation policy applies.

4. Pricing and payment

Laundry services are priced by weight or per item, as published on our services and pricing page. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one published when your collection takes place.

Because pricing depends on weight, any figure shown at booking is an estimate. Your laundry is weighed after collection and you are given the actual total before it is processed. Payment becomes due at that point.

A minimum charge applies to each collection. Where your laundry weighs less than the minimum, the minimum is charged.

If you do not pay a due amount, we may decline future bookings and, where necessary, recover the debt through normal legal means.

5. Your laundry

You confirm that the items you give us are yours to give, and that you have not knowingly included anything hazardous, contaminated beyond ordinary domestic soiling, or prohibited by our items we cannot clean policy.

Please empty pockets before collection. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or for cash, jewellery, electronics, keys or documents included in laundry.

We clean according to care labels where present. Where a label is missing, illegible or incorrect, we use our judgement in good faith.

6. Our liability

We take reasonable care of your property. Where we lose or damage an item through our fault, we compensate you under our lost and damaged items policy, which sets out the limits that apply.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost income, missed bookings, or the cost of alternative arrangements — arising from a delayed or failed collection or delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Recurring collections

A recurring schedule is a convenience, not a fixed-term contract. You may pause or cancel it at any time with no fee. Individual collections within a schedule may be skipped with at least 12 hours' notice.

Discounts attached to a recurring schedule apply only while that schedule is active.

9. Product orders

Products bought through our store are sold subject to availability. We will tell you and refund you in full if something you have paid for is unavailable.

Where you choose delivery with your next laundry collection, your order is fulfilled on that collection. If you have no collection scheduled, we will contact you to arrange delivery or shipping.

Unopened products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened detergents or laundry products unless they are faulty.

Payment for product orders is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

10. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about and book our services. You may not attempt to interfere with it, extract data from it by automated means, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Content on this site is ours or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you make a booking is the one that governs that booking. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Breezy Convenience is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
